TeleScapes - Fee Schedule


	TeleScapes has a flexible fee schedule, determined by agreed deliverables, value to the client's business, and return on investment. The TeleScapes fee schedule is designed to be fair and beneficial to both TeleScapes and its clients. Fees and associated expenses are quoted in advance in the client service agreement. This allows for flexibility in billing arrangements to suit both parties. The TeleScapes fee schedule has two options: The casual rate is ideally suited for short-term consulting or once-off projects. Payment is staggered, with 40% payable at the commencement of a service agreement and the balance within 30 days of completion. The retainer rate is ideally suited for regular clients, or ongoing projects. Each retainer relationship is negotiated on the basis of number of hours over an agreed time-frame. The retainer fees are payable in full each month. All fees exclude expenses which are identified separately in the service agreement. Changes to agreed quotes only occur if the scope, nature or timing of the consultancy changes, and in agreement with the client. Contact TeleScapes for further information.
